Blogs are the up and coming tool for marketing your business. Might be. I've blogged off and on for five years. It was a simple way for me to note places I had visited and to record my thoughts. SitePoint Blogs : Down To Business
Three simple criteria Compelling need, budget, timeline. First time that I have seen the three together though and it is intersting that it happens in the context of being equals. I'm not at all sure that it is the key to being equal but it is the key to being professional.
